The use of video fragments, text, spoken colleagues and useful checklists to print is very creative and appropriate for the training and coaching of professionals. (..) The fragments are taken right out of daily life, this is good. Moreover it is a very diverse programme. Not only the problem, but also the police officers thoughts are put on display. He is forced to think about it. Also the victims doubts and thoughts are described in a clear way. The lists in this section are very useful.
